Marinate The Fish Fingers With Salt, Lime Juice,Ginger Garlic Paste Rechado Masala&Egg.Coat With Semolina,And Deep Fry In Medium Hot Oil.

 

Plating Specification and Standard garnish:

Pipe Two Straight Lines From The Centre,Of The Plate.
In A Whole Wheat Basket Add The Laccha Onion  Arrange Fish Fingers On It,Top It With Goan Salad,Lemon Wedge,Corinder Squids
