Now lets talk some business I’m hotel management graduate from Institute of Hotel Management –Ahmedabad where under the able guidance of highly talented faculty developed my self to be a hotelier which lead my career path to join “The Leela Kempinski – Mumbai” as Kitchen Executive Trainee to under go rigorous training by Chef Suri and Chef Avinash Rajput which gave birth to able Chef on the horizon of the industry this training took me to “Jumeirah Beach – Emirates Tower” as a pre opening team member with Vu’s Italian Fine dinning restaurant and at this juncture Chefs Like Luigi Gerosa & Chef Max Massillano gave new dimensions to my proficiency levels with eye for detail towards the food presentation. Once I came back to my land India joined team of Chef Oswal at “Le Royal Meridian” this opened new phase of learning fusion food blend of a range of cuisine with the opening of best out door grill restaurant “Flames” and of course he was the one who always liked thinking out of the box & give something new on all the possible occasion here with team mates like Anil, Chef Khosla, Chef Joshi, Chef Sandeep and Chef Hazra we were just unplugged to produce , create and innovate with all the chefs together this was a great jingle however we moved in all different directions slowly to meet up again one day.

            “Intercontinental –Mumbai” gave me experience of opening largest crème de la crème coffee shop with judicious evaluator like Mr.Kailash Thadani, Chef Bruce Woolner, Chef Vivek Huria and a great young dynamic team success of which reflected soon as I took over Food Production Operation of “Intercontinental –Goa” property with professional team and Leader like Mr.Jajmohan Misra our G.M. & Vice President who had always believed in “Care & Concern, Bend & Blend” gave me great support that any one look when first time you are head of an vast operation with his expertise, critic & guidance who was then preceded by Mr.Mughis Khan jovial but extremely task oriented personality strongly believes in work while you work play while you play man of high moral values with whom now looking forward to conquer new horizons of triumph and from here moving on with life and profession now with Grand Hyatt Mumbai - Top Business Hotel in country
