I'll create a page similar to this one for each recipe, filling in the sections below with the ingredients, procedure,
and serving size (if I need to, I'll add more sections). I'll give each page a unique title and then create a link to it from
my "Recipes by Category" page.
For example, here's a recipe for "Puneri Aamti".
Ingredients:
1cup split
Moong / Toor dal 2 ˝ cup Water 1 chopped Tomato 3-4 sliced Green chilly Few Curry Leaves for tempering Salt
to taste 1 tsp Black Mustard seeds A pinch of Asafetida (hing) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Cumin seeds 2 ˝
cup Water 3 tblsp Desi Ghee Chopped Coriander Leaves
Procedure:
Bring
the daal to boil in the water and simmer until soft and mushy.
Heat
ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, as soon as they crackle, add the asafetida, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilies and
curry leaves.
Sauté
for a while and add the cooked dal.
Bring
to boil and add the tomatoes and salt.
Remove
from the heat. Sprinkle coriander leaves
Serve
hot.

6 to 8 servings
